By accessing or using the StrataMax platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Service Description

StrataMax provides a comprehensive security management platform designed for security companies. Our services include:

  • Integration with third-party systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Interruption or cessation of service
  • Bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
